Carpe That DM 😈 - Sweet Caroline just got a Booth Bunny approved remix, Skrillex releases an album on April Fools, Chris Lake preps a special Coachella performance, and much more...

Oh hey, how are ya - it’s Fourth Co.

Everyday, about 150,000 new songs are released to the world.

That means, there’s been over 3,064,950,000 tracks released since Neil Diamond dropped ā€œSweet Caroline.ā€

Only a handful of those deserve your attention, so let’s pitter patter…

Steal This - my most played song this week (probablyšŸ‘‡):

Why it gets me going - this track made me fall in love with Walker & Royce, a duo that has significantly shaped my personal taste and sound in house music over the past (almost) 10 years. If you’re a recent fan of them and familiar with their style, you will hear that even back in 2017, they still had that early ā€˜Walker & Royce’ sound in them… the world just wasn’t ready for them back then.

Notable News - 4 things āœ…:

  1. Avicii’s all-timer ā€˜Levels’ has been named the 2025 Ice Hockey World Championship official anthem - setting the stage in his hometown of Stockholm, the Swedes are clearly paying homage to the EDM icon and song that helped defined a generation. Also, for all my fellow puck fans, this has been an absolutely massive year for hockey and it’s not even over—so this song hits extra hard.

  1. Skrillex releases his final contractually-obligated album before he officially parts ways with Atlantic Records - the 34-track LP plays for a mere 46 minutes and 28 seconds. It feels like it was packaged as a mix tape. I wasn’t a fan of it at all (which I made very clear on social media) only to be absolutely torched by my unsolicited opinion. He did release it on April 1st so….

  1. Chris Lake (aka 1-800-HOUSE-DADDY) is dropping his debut album at Coachella - ā€˜Chemistry’ will officially be released July 11th, on his label, ā€˜Black Book Records’ hinting at some collaborations with very special artists. Personally, anything Chris Lake touches—and I mean literally anything—sounds like gold to my ears. I’m extremely excited!

  1. Two Friends just dropped an official remix of Neil Diamond’s ā€œSweet Carolineā€ - and I can already hear booth bunnies world wide squealing along—which I’m all for, by the way! Once summer rolls around, you’re going to be hearing this remix at every and any bar… it gets the people going!

Need Earplugs?

Have you heard (pun intended)… Martin Garrix and Alesso both suffer from significant hearing loss (aka Tinnitus).

The solution: buy some half decent ear plugs and save your hearing!

I’ve used Eargasm’s Earplugs for 2.5 years while DJing for hundreds of hours.
