Notable News - 4 things ✅:

1. LimeWire acquires Fyre Festival for a collab nobody saw coming in 2025 - with a potential new festival being planned on the horizon, hopefully this one doesn’t break the internet or the bank (again). Once we get an official fest date, with the release of my new song “Bank Account (Fourth Co. Remix)” on label ‘Late Night Munchies’ from artist ‘Collelo,’ hopefully I’ll actually have enough to attend this fest… or maybe even perform.
   

   

2. Spotify CEO forced to step down after claims of war profiteering from AI military investments - I was too lazy spend an extra 4 seconds to see if he’s also founder (but I’m pretty sure he is… but I’m also not), artists have been boycotting Spotify in response to his funding of AI military applications, so the board is making him step down (soft). You either die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become the villain. (Also, AI military drones…. bruh are you kidding me that’s some Terminator skynet shhhht)
   

   

3. Avicii sophomore album “Stories” drops never-before-seen footage for it’s 10th anniversary release - an exclusive, in-person pop-up called the “Avicii Experience” in Stockholm, Sweden is celebrating the once-in-a-generation artist’s talents from behind the scenes. Releasing footage documenting the album’s creative process and it’s subsequent tour, bringing back the nostalgia during the early days of the EDM global boom. Tbh, I don’t give af at all, but I know people loved Tim.

   

4. Daft Punk gets remixed by players within Fortnite - arguable the most iconic DJs and dance music artists of all time, the French duo collabs with Epic Games maker of Fortnite, allowing players to dress up in their legendary helmets and remix their songs. What I’ve always been so fascinated about Daft Punk is the fact that 99% of people still don’t even know who the actual guy’s real names or faces - I know I still don’t. That to me his God tier marketing.
